What learning and development tools do we use?
To support the growth of sustainable leadership capacities, our clients appreciate a range of blended learning approaches using state-of-the-art assessment and training tools.
These include self-assessment diagnostic tools used to support coaching, selected simulations, cultural assessment tools, and Diversophy® products.
Diversophy® is a series of cultural competence learning games, each with 200 or more situations about different national cultures or related themes such as global teams, global negotiation, and cross-cultural communication. It asks you to respond to behavioral challenges and risks, deepens your awareness of a group’s history, wisdom and features, and contrasts how you and others manage everyday life and work.
